| According to the appellant, one Sri V.K. Poulose has been misusing the agricultural connection allotted to late Sri David Kuriakose (Consumer No. 257) under Electrical Section, Muvattupuzha No. II. The appellant had taken up the matter with KSEB officials before approaching the CGRF. The appellant alleged that the agricultural subsidy had illegally been enjoyed by Sri V.K. Poulose for the last 15 years, after the death of his father, Sri David Kuriakose. According to the respondent, ownership of agricultural connection in the present case was not changed due to the non submission of necessary application. The appellant was not present for hearing before the CGRF. The CGRF found that the matter did not come under the jurisdiction of the Forum. Aggrieved against the order, this appeal petition was filed. The appellant has no Locus Standi to file this appeal. Hence dismissed. CGRF order is upheld. |
