| The appellant, the Managing Director of M/s POABS Enterprises (P) Ltd is a commercial consumer with consumer No.19693 under Electrical Section, Peerumadu. It is alleged that the appellant had submitted vide letter dated 4/3/2014 before the Assistant Engineer requesting to change the tariff wrongly assigned to him. But the officers of the respondent have not taken any action on this request and hence the appellant filed a petition before the CGRF, (Central Region), Ernakulam on 12/08/2014, which was disposed directing the respondent to process the appellant’s application for change of tariff as per rules. Aggrieved by the Order No. 79/2014-15 dated 27/11/2014 of CGRF, the appellant has submitted this appeal before this Authority. Order of CGRF is modified and appeal is allowed to the extent as ordered. |
