Can KSEB or other Distribution Licensees go on appeal against the Orders of CGRF ?

KSE Board or other Distribution Companies/Licensees can not move appeal / representation against the orders of CGRF to the Ombudsman. The Electricity Act 2003 as well as Regulations provide for appeals/representations against the orders of CGRF by the CONSUMERS only. The Ombudsman shall not entertain appeals from the LIcensees.
