| AE issued a short assessment bill for 24 months amounting to Rs. 778430 on 25/05/2018. The appellant approached CGRF and the Short Assessment Bill was revised and the revised bill amounting to Rs. 470509 was issued to the consumer. Decided to quash the revised short assessment bill amounting to Rs. 4,70,509/- issued to the appellant. It is directed to the respondent to revise the bill by limiting the period of short assessment for one year prior to 02-04-2018 taking the average of the consumption recorded for 04/2018, 05/2018 and 06/2018 and to issue the revised bill to the appellant. |
