| The grievance of the appellant relates shifting of an electric pole for providing a connection to another party, which caused much inconveniences to the appellant. Since a petition has already been filed by the appellant before the Hon’ble District Magistrate and is pending for decision for the same cause of action and related grievances, the Appeal Petition is not maintainable before this Authority and hence the same stands rejected. |
