| The appellant is aggrieved by the fact that a service connection was effected to his neighbour, without his consent, from the post installed in his property. Since a petition has already been disposed of the Hon’ble District Magistrate on the same cause of action and related grievances, the Appeal Petition is not maintainable before this Authority and hence the same stands rejected. |
