| The appellant has filed an appeal petition in P/002/2019, being aggrieved at the inaction of KSEBL, Electrical Section, Kovoor to shift the electric pole situated in the existing location to the pathway. The appellant finds difficulty to construct a building in his property. Though the appellant had approached the KSEBL for shifting the posts, they had prepared an estimate for Rs. 8,504/-+ GST and directed to remit the amount for shifting. The appellant is not willing to remit amount and he has filed petition before the CGRF, Kozhikode vide Petition No. OP No. 84/2018-19. The CGRF dismissed the petition vide order dated 13-11-2018.
Still aggrieved by the said order, the Appellant has filed the Appeal Petition before this Authority.
From the analysis done above and the conclusions arrived at, the appellant’s plea to waive the labour is rejected and this Authority upheld the decision taken by the CGRF in OP No.84/2018-19 dated 13-11-2018.
The appeal is found devoid of any merits and hence dismissed. Having concluded and decided as above, it is ordered accordingly. No order on costs. |
