| Applications for enhancement of connected load on one connection and reduction in connected load on another connection and for a fresh electric connection were submitted by the consumer on 18/1/2010. Reliefs sought are to approve and allow enhanced/reduced load and to effect new service connection applied and pay penalty as envisaged under Standard of Performance Regulations for delay. |
| Industrial connection taken on M.G. Basis. The consumer discontinued before the MG period-Final dues. P/252/2011-K Kalesh, Pathanapuram.

| Availed an industrial connection on MG basis, but stopped the working of the unit before the completion of Guaranteed period. Electricity arrears were not cleared. R R Action initiated against the consumer. Dispute over the calculation of final dues with out ascertaining the self remuneration status of the Line constructed as per MG Agreement. |
