| Appellant demanded to shift the line over the road, avoiding crossing of her property and approached Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), Northern Region, Kozhikode vide OP No.45/2021-22. Aggrieved by the order of the Forum, the appellant filed the appeal petition to the Authority and decision is taken as follows:
The matter is pending for the decision of ADM and the respondent agreed that the decision of ADM will be implemented. On getting the decision of ADM, Malappuram, the same is to be implemented by the Licensee. |
