| M/s kinesco is a Licensee in the Kinfra Park, Kochi.Two of its consumers, who were allotted power quota during power cut period were aggrieved of their share, approached and got favorable orders enhancing their eligible quota limit.This was disputed by the KSEB who was the bulk supplier of power to M/s Kinesco and hence the Review Petition as per the orders of Hon:KSERC. |
