| The consumer was having an electric connection and the bills were issued under domestic tariff till October 2006 and from November 2006 to October 2008, she was billed under commercial tariff. This anomaly was noticed in October 2008 and the consumer filed a petition to rectify the anomaly and to refund the excess amount collected under commercial tariff. Accordingly KSEB changed the tariff to domestic after inspection but rejected to refund the excess amount collected. |
