| The ownership of the Building and the consumer, who runs a large Multi-Business Unit and in whose name the electric connection was registered, were in the name of two different Partnership Firms. The KSEB insisted for Letter of consent from the owner and also demanded Additional Security deposit, equivalent to Cash deposit, for giving the connection.
