The APTS inspection found the consumer running a film editing institute which bears a commercial tariff. The consumer applied for tariff change. The respondent changed the tariff from the date of connection of electric supply and a Bill issued for arrears towards the difference in Tariff rate. Dispute over the date of changeover of tariff . |
