| The KSEB had detected unauthorised additional load being used in the premises of the consumer and charged 1.5 times for the period in question under Section 126 of IE Act, 2003. While so, the RAO, KSEB inspected the office billing records and found that the consumer was not billed for proportionate energy charges of UAL, as per rules, during the said period. The consumer was issued short assessment bill for recovering the loss. Dispute. |
