| The consumer was provided with electric connection to his newly built building and KSEB allotted non- domestic tariff to the premise treating it as used for a Tuition Centre. The consumer wants the tariff as it was meant for a domestic purpose. The consumer did not pay the bills as he is aggrieved over the tariff allotted and requested for the disconnection of his service connection. The KSEB dismantled the connection and took steps to recover the arrears pending through revenue recovery. Aggrieved by this, this petition was filed. |
