The CGRF has ordered to refund the cost of meter collected from the consumer. The request to refund the cost of broken meter was disallowed by this Authority as he has sought such a relief but failed to put forward any valid contention for the same in the Appeal petition. Aggrieved by the order the consumer filed a review petition. It is stated that since the CGRF has accepted the request and ordered his demand, he refrained from further arguments before EO, even though the relief was sought in the Appeal Petition. |
