| The KSEB has issued an exorbitant bill of 2864 units, for one month, to the domestic consumer. The consumer was not satisfied on the test done by installing a parallel meter by the KSEB at his premise and also disputed the test result of the meter test conducted by the Electrical Inspector. Held the average energy consumption for the disputed month as 500 units instead of 2864 units. |
