| Based on an audit report, the consumer was served with a short assessment bill for the meter faulty period for the reason of non-assessment of the consumer during the faulty period. The consumer challenges the faultiness of the meter and also argues that the amount demanded is barred by the law of limitation. It is held that the decision of the CGRF in this matter stands good and disposed of accordingly. |
