| The appellant had applied for reduction of contract demand which was not considered by the KSEB. The consumer approached the CGRF and the Forum reduced the contract demand. The appellant wants refund of the fixed charge amount collected fro him. Also he wants refund of excess amount paid by him during the meter faulty period. Petition allowed. |
