| The Electric connection is seen located in an unnumbered building which is functioning as a textile shop for the last few years. The occupier of the textile shop and user of the electric connection is the one who presently runs the shop and not the registered owner. It is alleged that the meter was shifted unauthorisely from a nearby building.The registered owner has submitted application for dismantling the connection and remitted required fees. The request for dismantling could not be implemented without the concurrence of the occupier of the premises who is also the present user of electricity. It is ordered to retain the service till the Case going on in the Civil Court decides on the matter of occupancy/ownership of the said building. |
