| Appellant’s brother has obtained an electric connection in his name, to a building constructed in the land actually owned by the appellant. The appellant has requested for change of ownership of the existing connection of the said building from his brother’s name to his name which was rejected by KSEB. Since the Panchayath has issued order changing the ownership of the building in appellant’s name and his brother has not disputed, it was ordered to change the name of electric connection. But the service should not be disconnected till the dispute going on in the Civil Court decides on the matter of occupancy/ownership of the said building. |
