The APTS inpection revealed that one of the metering CTs was not working and the other two CTS were also not measuring the consumption correctly. The test conducted with a standard test meter “ACCUCHECK” showed that the error of the meter was 89% of the actual energy consumed. The case settled with the consent of the consumer, by agreeing to assess him for 89% energy loss for the last one year and hence ordered to revise the short assessment bill accordingly. |
