| KSEB detected unauthorized load in the premises of the consumer and served a provisional bill under Section 126 of Electricity Act 2003. The consumer filed objection against the penal bill, before the AE wherein the consumer had stated that he had applied well in advance, for permanent additional load along with conversion from single phase to three phase supply. Since the petition is found not maintainable before this Forum, the case is remanded to the AE for arranging a fresh hearing with the observations of the Ombudsman. |
