| The APTS inspection revealed that one phase supply to the meter is not recording correctly. The consumer was issued a bill assessing the energy lost on this account. The appellant contest that the Mahazar prepared is at the office and the Meter was not sent for testing and adjudication by the Electrical Inspector and the 3rd member of CGRF has expressed a different note than that expressed by the others of the CGRF etc. |
