| The LT consumer was allowed to enjoy 116 KVA as his Contract Demand (CD) and also his connected load (C/L) under TOD meter scheme. The consumer requested to increase his C/L to 226 KVA keeping his CD as the original value itself. The feeding Transformer was rated 160 KVA and it feeds other consumers also. Hence the KSEB wanted the consumer to pay amount to increase the capacity of the T’rfr to cater 226 KVA. But the consumer disputes as he promise to keep within the CD limit. |
