| The consumer had applied for additional load and paid OYEC amount for installing a transformer and associated works. While inspecting premises for giving additional load, it was detected unauthorized additional load in the premises of the consumer and penal bill issued charging for the previous 12 months. The CGRF refused to entertain the petition for want of jurisdiction and accordingly the complaint was dismissed. The case was heard and since found merits, it was remanded to the Assistant Engineer for hearing and disposal as per law. |
