| The cause of the dispute is the change of tariff from HT-II- non industrial/ non commercial rate to HT-IV- commercial rate in the case of HT service connection provided to M/s Cochin Port Trust and issue of subsequent short assessment bill retrospectively accordingly. This tariff reclassification and issue of arrear bill has been done based on an audit observation of Accountant General. Dispute. |
