| The consumer had applied for new electric connections to his building and remitted the amount under OYEC scheme. The consumer complaints no special devices like RMU or Add-on-Module were installed in the line of supply, even though the required amount collected from him. Since the new device was not installed, the consumer had requested to refund the excess amount collected from him. Against the order pronounced by this Forum, this Review petition filed. |
