| The consumer has defaulted in paying electricity charges for a long period and the KSEB had disconnected the service connection due to non-payment of arrears.The consumer has not availed the benefit of one time settlement granted to him by KSEB previously. The Govt. order granting MD waiver to closed industrial units is not applicable to appellant since his factory was in service during the period in question. The plea to withdraw 25% extra charged in the bill for non-installation of TOD meter also find no merit and hence rejected. Since this is a long pending issue, time is extended to avail the benefit granted to the consumer by the Board. Ordered accordingly. |
