| The appellant is running a computer institute provided with electric connection under non-domestic -LT VI A tariff. The KSEB after inspection, changed the tariff commercial and finally to LT VI-B after hearing the objections. The consumer demands LT VI-A tariff as applicable to Govt Institutions and complaints against the tariff change and the penal bill. It is held that the action of the respondent to change the tariff is in order. |
