| The APTS inspection has revealed that one phase is not recording energy in the meter of the consumer and a short assessment bill issued to recover the escaped units from billing. The data downloaded from the meter established conclusively, the date of missing of the supply and its period. It is held that the consumer is bound to pay the electricity charges for the actual energy he has consumed and hence the petition was dismissed. |
