| The appellant is a company providing passive infra structure service to telecommunication service providers. While so on 15-12-2016, the APTS of KSEBL conducted an inspection in the premises and found that the energy used in one phase (out of 3 phases) was not recording in the meter. Accordingly, the party was served with a short assessment bill, assessing for 2 years, when the meter was found recording less than the actual, so as to recover the unrecorded portion of energy, for Rs. 6,39,600/-.
decided to set aside the short assessment bill amounting to Rs. 639600/- and the revised short assessment bill for Rs. 505682/- issued to the appellant |
