| Industrial tariff obtained for DTP work. The business activity changed in due course to film editing which attracts a higher tariff. The consumer informs the Licensee. Inspection done and a short assessment bill issued for the previous 2 years. Dispute over the period of assessment. |
| Industrial connection taken on M.G. Basis. The consumer discontinued before the MG period-Final dues. P/252/2011-K Kalesh, Pathanapuram.

| Availed an industrial connection on MG basis, but stopped the working of the unit before the completion of Guaranteed period. Electricity arrears were not cleared. R R Action initiated against the consumer. Dispute over the calculation of final dues with out ascertaining the self remuneration status of the Line constructed as per MG Agreement. |
