| The appellant’s electric OH line shifted along the route suggested by him on work deposit basis. The neighbours complained that the newly shifted line crosses into their property slightly and the same line was shifted along their passageway without obtaining their consent and requested to remove the crossing. The KSEB officials have issued a demand notice as shifting charges of the work of the electric lines. This is the cause for the appeal. |
