| The Distribution Licensee of electricity in the Munnar area was the employer of the appellant. Due to a labour dispute, the licensee tried to evict the appellant from the quarters of the employer and he disconnected electric connection without a notice. An industrial dispute raised by the appellant is still pending in the court and the appellant has obtained an injection order against forceful eviction from the company quarters. It is ordered to give reconnection of the electric supply to the appellant’s quarters within 24 hours. |
