| The appellants are the employees of KSEB and the consumer has raised some allegations against them among other things in a petition filed before CGRF. The CGRF has ordered to refund the excess amount collected from the petitioner from the pockets of the appellants. A review petition filed by the employees before the CGRF was disposed of without hearing them. The appellants approached Hon High Court and it was directed to hear the case by this Authority. It is held that the Board may refund the excess amount collected, since the same lie with KSEB A/C and also directed to pay litigation cost by the appellants. |
