| The AE inspected an industrial unit and found that two CT’s to the Meter are not working and he reassessed the consumer for the back period. The consumer questioned the Bill in the Hon High court and court ordered to deposit certain amount and sent it for Electrical Inspectors adjudication. The EI reduced the bill substantially and so there was excess sum with KSEB. The Hon High Court did not allow interest for the excess amount paid but directed to approach concerned Forum. The consumer wants interest from the date of payment. |
