Erecting of electric post and stay wire for anchoring the post in the property of the Petitioner without obtaining his consent for giving connection to another person – P/210/2011 – S.Sankara Narayanan, Kottayam.
A new electric post and stay wire were erected in the property of the complainant without his consent for giving electrical supply to the neighbour’s house. The CGRF disposed of the petition with direction to remove the stay wire. The request was shifting the electric post also from his land border to the beneficiary’s side when it was feasible.
