Meter showing an energy consumption at higher rate. Meter faulty confirmed on test done by KSEB. Dispute over refund of Charges paid and cost of damaged old meter-P/223/2011-Sri. N Vasavan-Thevara.
Meter complaint raised by the consumer. After much delay, KSEB test the Meter and found it as recording higher consumption than the actual. Hence KSEB changed the meter. The old meter was found slightly in damaged condition while dismantling. Bill issued towards the cost of the Meter. Dispute over the bill and the refund of excess amount collected during the meter faulty period.
