APTS inspection -only anomaly in the tariff assigned by KSEB noted-no mahazar –Short assessment bill for detection of wrong application of tariff from the date of connection– Appeal Petition No. P/214/2011 – Antony K.L., Kochi.
An inspection conducted by the APTS had detected that electricity was being used from the industrial tariff connection for commercial activities and the tariff assigned by KSEB was wrong and directed to change tariff and make up the revenue loss by raising a bill. Based on the inspection, tariff of the consumer was changed from the date of connection and provisional short assessment bill issued. The consumer has challenged the change of tariff fixation and the short assessment bill.
