| KSEB officials detected unauthorised additional load in the premises of the consumer and the consumer remitted the penal bill issued by the Board. Thereafter the consumer was served with another short assessment bill for the subsequent period as it was omitted to collect from him earlier. This Authority came to a conclusion that the disputed bill is maintainable and liable to be paid by the consumer. |
