Dispute regarding exorbitant bimonthly bill issued to the domestic consumer – P/326/2012 – Anwar Sadath, Kozhikode.
The appellant received an abnormal bimonthly bill which he claims not in tune with his energy use or consumption. Based on his complaint of the meter as faulty, a test meter was connected and it was found that the consumptions recorded in both the meters were the same during the testing period. The consumer is not satisfied with the test and has raised the allegation that the testing was not done properly.
