Dispute regarding true average bimonthly energy consumption of the consumer during the meter faulty period - request to set aside the impugned reassessment bill – P/316/2012 – C. OmanaAmma,Tvm.
The faulty meter was not replaced by the respondent for 20 months. The reassessment of the consumer, as per the true average energy consumption has not been done timely, after getting subsequent meter readings on replacing the faulty meter. The reassessment was done based on an audit report after two years of replacing the faulty meter. The consumer has opted for a settlement and ordered accordingly.
