High consumption of Electricity during the disputed period – dispute on current charge bill – P328/2012 – The Secretary, Dhanwanthri Centre, Kasargod.
The meter reading of the consumer was not taken continuously for 4 bi-months, citing the reason as door locked. Consumer was billed for the average reading as per previous consumption. Thereafter the meter reading shows high consumption during the disputed period and bill was prepared as per the energy consumption recorded after deducting the amount already remitted. Allowed the petition and quashed the disputed current charge bill.
