Wrong application of multiplication factor for billing monthly bills of the consumer – short assessment bill issued – P/352/2013 – C.A.Basheer, Perubavoor.
The KSEB has wrongly taken the Multiplication factor of the Meter of the consumer, used for billing purpose as 20 instead of the actual value of 30. The consumer was issued a short assessment bill, on the ground that he was undercharged in his monthly bills. The Petition was dismissed as the raising of the short assessment bill is found to be in order.
