5. Non-segregation of power and light loads – short assessment bill issued – p/351/2013 – Smt. Laila Sasikumar, Ernakulam.
The HT industrial consumer was issued short assessment bill being the penal charges for non-segregation of power and light loads in the industry for a certain period. It is held that the extra charges shall be limited to the month of origin of the arrear bill issued by KSEB, since notice has to be served to the consumer.
