7. Shifting of the electric OH line passing through the complainant’s property – P/356/2013 - Smt. Rajalakshmi, Kollam.
The complainant has approached the KSEB for shifting the 11 KV line drawn through her property without obtaining her consent. The Board prepared an estimate and demanded to remit the same. Aggrieved by the huge sum demanded and inaction of the KSEB, this dispute originated. Appeal petition is found having merits and is allowed to certain extent.
