But the respondent as per the invoice dated 20-01-2017 directed the appellant to remit an amount of Rs.30997/- being the short assessment based on the findings that the meter was faulty for the period of 11/2013. the short assessment bill for Rs. 30997/- towards the alleged faulty meter period is hereby quashed.
