| The consumer was having an electric connection and the bills were issued under domestic tariff till October 2006 and from November 2006 to October 2008, she was billed under commercial tariff. This anomaly was noticed in October 2008 and the consumer filed a petition to rectify the anomaly and to refund the excess amount collected under commercial tariff. Accordingly KSEB changed the tariff to domestic after inspection but rejected to refund the excess amount collected. |

| The consumer was served with an exorbitant bill under LT VIIA commercial tariff. He complaints meter fault and requested to waive off the excess charges levied in the bill. |
| Short assessment bill issued for the meter faulty period – P235/2011 - DeviPriya, Elamakkara,Kochi

| The consumer was served with an additional bill being the short assessment for the meter faulty period. According to the consumer the low energy consumption was due to non-occupation of the building during the period. After changing the faulty meter the consumption increased considerably and hence the short assessment bill issued. The consumer has requested to cancel the additional bill since the claim is barred by limitation. |
