Allegation of misuse of tariff. The inspection by KSEB reveals that some salaried people live along with the service connection given under Paying guest Tariff. All service connection in the premises was changed to commercial tariff. Bill issued for the previous months for the irregularity committed. Dispute over the penal bill and request for eligible tariff to his connections.

The audit finds that the consumer was being billed for 10 KW load only whereas his sanctioned load was 26 KW. Hence a Bill raised for the short remittance for the back period. Dispute of the bill.
